Mahsing has become a lallang company. It bents according to where the wind is blowing but it is never ahead of the pack. It's mgmt is just a follower at best, lost its way or speculating at worst. It should just stick to its core business.

Under the JV, Mah Sing will contribute the land to the JV in exchange for a stake in the
JV, estimated to be above 20%. The land to be injected in the JV is valued at RM160psf,
a discount from RM200psf from surrounding land. Its JV partner, BDC is a leading DC
provider in the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on the design, construction, and operation
of state-of-the-art data centres. This JV aims to diversify Mah Sing's revenue streams,
emphasizing on recurring income and strategic growth beyond traditional property
development. This move unlocks immediate value for its currently idling Southville City
land
