Today , the so called cockperate exercise of Fintec from 30shares to 1 share has been completed. It is now 16c. For those who bought @1c-3c before the exercise, your avg price have been adjusted to 30c-90c. As at 16c now, your paper loss range from -50% to -80%. just because it looks cheap @1c or 3c. This cocperate exercise is as good as useless for you minority shareholders.

STARTED 17.0 SEN AT 9AM .....CLOSE AT 16.5 SEN AT 5 PM. TOTAL DONE 11,170,100 SHARES EQUAVALENT TO 335,103,000 OLD FINTEC SHARES ( IF MULTIPLY BACK BY 30 ). NOT BAD FOR A START. AT LEAST EASIER TO TRADE NOW. HOPE FINTEC WILL CLIMB UP TO 30 SEN IN ONE MONTH TIME. IF DROP BELOW 15 SEN, THERE SHOULD BE A LOT OF BUYERS AS THE NTA NOW IS RM1.17 SEN A SHARE.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Fintec’s existing number of 5,927,117,874 Shares have been consolidated into 197,563,422 Consolidated Shares with effect from 5.00 p.m. today (after disregarding the fractional entitlements arising from the Share Consolidation) pursuant to the Share Consolidation.
The Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 9 May 2024.
This announcement is dated 8 May 2024.

Received Bursa Statement yesterday through email. Reported I have so many old Fintec Shares X by today rate RM0.165 = Many RM Millions 000,000.00 ....KAYA loh if read according to my Bursa Malaysia CDS Statement of Account for the Month ended 07-05-2024. If I present the copy to the USA or New Zealand Immigration Office, I can get instant approval for Migration straight away. Hahahaaaaa..Suddenly, I became so RICH today. If you do not believe, just go see and check your Bursa Malaysia Statement of Account you just received.

If YTL Power can move 7X higher in 2 years from 70 sen in 2022 to RM 5 in 2024 why can't Fintec move 7X from 15 sen to RM 1.05? Adjusted Fintec NTA now is RM 1.17.

Haters don't know Fintec owns Seacera 32%. Seacera under-valued 5.75 times. NTA 1.15 and Fintec NTA 1.17 now market price under-valued 6.5 times. If you use the Accounting Formulae, 5.75 X 6.5 = 37.375 times. Hahahaaa...

FINTEC interest came back today with 9,542,600 shares done ( 4.83% of the Total Fintec Shares ) close at 18.0 sen. Up 2 sen from yesterday close. Good sign it will go up. Still a long long way to go up. Just the beginning.

Come year 2027, the Net Worth will be more with the auto conversion of Fintec-PA i.e. every subscripted ICPS at 8 sen x 30, will be merged with the mother paid up Capital. As seen in Fintec 2Q2024 report page 3 of 16, (Link: https://www.klsescreener.com/v2/announcements/view/6600177 ), ICPS is parked as Equity and Liabilities. Come year 2027, most likely this MYR 17,833k will disappear (added to share capital).
Please also observe, this Consolidation done after the expiration of Fintec-WC, the ‘shouting’ of Billion NOSH will not happen in the near future as Fintec as at now, no outstanding Warrant.

Yes, for those who bought at 3 sen, and not able to get any at 0.5 sen??
If it just reaches RM0.30, which is not far away now, it will be a 100% gain. Managed to get some Fintec-PA at RM0.1 post consolidation, now already in paper gain. So my ‘toilet paper’ is worth RM0.15 with buyers queuing up..hopefully. TradeAtYourOwnRisk.

Yes, please don't invest in Fintec if looking for a good Dividend as has been loss making for years. Fintec has been issuing ESOS, Private Placement, all forms of RI etc with ‘condition’ during the pandemic period which has since been withdrawn (the ‘condition’). Share Prices have been going downhill until to the lowest of 0.005. Is it ‘missing the boat’, if ‘not touch’ during the lowest; or will it reach the lowest again after Consolidation? Today I added more Fintec shares at 22.5 sen. I consider it is still cheaper than buying 1.0 sen before consolidation. Buying at 22.5 sen is equivalent to 0.0075 sen only. There is so much room to move up giving the shares have being reduced by 30 times in the recent consolidation exercise. I am also eyeing Fintec-PA where nobody is watching. Fintec-PA can fly anytime where the Total Fintec-PA in the market is Merely 7.279 Million units only. Just buy and keep, you will sure make money when Fintec-PA is cornered any moment due to Market Speculation.

Thanks for the appreciation, I will write more if I find more facts and dispel any fallacies.. Also thanks for your Fintec-PA conversion as it will add more funds to Share Capital, lessen the liability, thus improving NTA amid slightly. Since QR cut off reporting at the end March 2024, your contribution can only be seen in June 2024 QR. Let's see if it is correctly reported or otherwise..
Your prediction on Fintec-PA can come true sooner than later as it is in the money considering 11 Fintec-PA can be converted to 8 Fintec mother shares i.e. 15x1.375 equals 20.625 vs present mother price of 22.5.
