KUALA LUMPUR: Pasukhas Group Bhd (Pasukhas) has bagged a RM56.98 million project to construct a data centre in Selangor for a leading United States-based multinational technology corporation.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Pasukhas said that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pasukhas Sdn Bhd, has received a signed copy of the letter of acceptance, and the project is expected to be completed by June 30, 2025.

It said the LOA from the unnamed corporation marked a significant milestone towards the company's strategic business expansion and is expected to strengthen its revenue and financial conditions upon completion of the project.

"The board is of the view that the project will not have any material effect on the issued share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholdings of the company as there is no issuance of new ordinary shares in the company.

"The project is expected to contribute positively to the company's future earnings of the Pasukhas Group and is not expected to have any immediate material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the Pasukhas Group," it said.
